I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan. He was very clear, timely and helpful in his communication with us. He even came in on his day off to complete his part of the transaction. Kendrick in Finance did his job as expected and was very gracious and helpful in the process. We understand that a part of his job is to try to upsell us on things we do not need and do not want, which he worked hard at, but in a courteous way, even though we continued to decline all of his added sales pitches. The transaction would have taken less time if he was not required to try to add things to our originally planned purchase. Thankfully, there were no "gotcha" moments where we were forced to pay for things we did not want. By the time we selected Cerritos Hyundai, we had shopped around quite a bit and they clearly did offer the best price for what we wanted. Jonathan continued to follow up with us for a couple of weeks after our purchase and explained he would be available if we had any further questions in the future.

Messed up on my lease and has taken over 3 months to fix. No communication, no resolution and no accountability. Both Cesar and Alex from the finance dept. will not return my calls/emails. I never received any statements/account information and now HMF is calling me daily stating I'm 2 payments behind and have incurred late penalties. Is this how Cerritos Hyundai treats their customers? Do not recommend unless you want your credit ruined by an inept finance dept.

Instead of telling your customers that if we do not perform a certain maintenance . Threaten to void my factory warrant . Quit using scare tatics to sell people . I had to look up my factory maintenance and call other dealerships to verify. Then i aldo had my cabin gilter change and they spray something that made my car interior smell like some industrial waste exploded inside my car. I drove days with my winfow crack open.. thanks for that.
