Needed a repair on my Ioniq 5 done under warranty . Was able to bring it in right away; I was told that if i come back the next day they would have a loaner available for me as it was late in the afternoon when i first brought it in and no loaner was available. They took care of everything in a timely manner and great customer service that works with you.

Jonathan was wonderful to work with via internet sales and then in person on the day we went into the dealership to finalize the deal and drive away with our new Tucson Hybrid. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan. He was very clear, timely and helpful in his communication with us. He even came in on his day off to complete his part of the transaction. Kendrick in Finance did his job as expected and was very gracious and helpful in the process. We understand that a part of his job is to try to upsell us on things we do not need and do not want, which he worked hard at, but in a courteous way, even though we continued to decline all of his added sales pitches. The transaction would have taken less time if he was not required to try to add things to our originally planned purchase. Thankfully, there were no "gotcha" moments where we were forced to pay for things we did not want. By the time we selected Cerritos Hyundai, we had shopped around quite a bit and they clearly did offer the best price for what we wanted. Jonathan continued to follow up with us for a couple of weeks after our purchase and explained he would be available if we had any further questions in the future.

Elijah was amazing and very personal & helpful. Every one at the dealership makes you feel at ease, and we all know this typically takes three or four hours, however they make it very smooth process. I must say that from the moment I arrived to get my car serviced, Enrique was very professional and welcoming. He checked in my vehicle right away and requested an Uber to take me to work. My vehicle was ready before lunch time and was able to pick it during my lunch break. Plus, Enrique was able to take care of another matter that was pending for such a long time.
