I have a 2022 elantra hybrid and its 12v engine battery went dead. The car's battery is located below the rear seat and is adjacent with the hybrid battery. My service agent Candice was helpful in explaining the problem, diagnosing with her techs and fixing the issue under warranty. I appreciate Hyundai for taking this effort, recruiting mechanics and service agents that address multiple issues in a customer's car to keep it running. If my car continues to function properly for a few more years without any major issues, I will purchase another Hyundai.

I brought my car in for 60,000 mile maintenance and the service was perfect. I brought my car in at 8:00 a.m at the time of my scheduled appointment and they took it right away. I waited there for the service to be done which was in total about 3 hours. My appointment was booked easily online through the Hyundai app after Norman Reeves sent a reminder that my service was due. They have a very nice waiting area. You can either sit with your computer plugged in, you can sit at tables, or you can sit in the little area where there is a TV and there are cushioned armchairs. As soon as you finish with the initial paperwork, you receive a text link that takes you to the video made of your car where they're checking for dents, etc. And then they also have a payment plan system that they'll include a link to in the text as well. I think that's new but I didn't use it so I'm not exactly sure what that service is. Someone was telling me that there's a service that will take you to the mall for free and back if you have to spend a lot of time there. But I just stayed there. You can also walk around the grounds and there's some green areas. Not quite a park but green areas to just sit down if you like that better than being inside. I was helped by Enrique. He was such a big help. He explained everything. He told me what the charges would be. He asked if I wanted certain Services. I was never pressured as you are at some dealerships. The place is lively with many employees helping along the way. Someone greets you and intakes your car, someone videos your car for for any existing dents. When your car is done, you're called to the payment area. My car was finished half an hour before their estimated time. The whole thing was easy peasy. Usually they top you off with a charge if you have an electric car, but I didn't ask for it yesterday. I would recommend Norm Reeves Hyundai as a place to not only have your car serviced but it's also the place I bought my car. And I have never regretted that.

I’ve been to dozens of dealerships and have bought a number of cars. Literally have never had customer service as good as Jacob’s. The dude was clear, communicative, FAST, and even though we went slightly over what we wanted, I was happy to leave with a car because the customer service was that good.

We skipped the undercoating sales attempts and bought other extras but when I said no to an extra it was not mentioned again . This tactic which had make me walk out of other dealers previously is not used here. My car was washed, charged , walked through bumper to bumper . All questions answered and the electronic set up was done in the car with a person. The person knew the car very well and made short , clean work of my questions and ensured my confidence on using certain features. An EV can be quite complex compared to a ‘72 Chevelle and I knew what I was getting into. The salesman, Johnathan, did not condescend or leave out detail . Taking time to type things in , go over procedures and how to do what. The money guy took a long time but these places always do and you want your paper done right and I found no mistakes. I would have liked some type of food availability, even a box of donuts but no luck. Coffee and water galore , plenty of parking open , light, airy dealership.

Personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt getting there @10:30 am and leaving after 1:30pm was a bit much, considering what I had done to the car.

Very positive experience on a recent lease for an Ioniq 9 at the Cerritos location. We worked with Elijah and Khalid on the deal. Majority of negotiating was done via texting, so the process in person after we aligned on the numbers was very smooth and done within a couple hours. And no surprises when we arrived to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Highly recommend anyone who does not want to spend their whole day at the dealership to communicate via texting with their sales team to workout the numbers.

I’m so glad I did. They were absolutely fantastic. Tl;dr the initial sales guys are great. They want to help put you in a car. They work with you to make sure the inventory you want is in stock. They make sure youre appointment time is met. The financial closers (the multiple they send your way to try and get you to get extra stuff) are not great at this location. Nice people but greedy hawks (which is their job). So off the bat I sent the Vin for the car I wanted to look at to one of the sales guys (after getting refered from another Norm Reeves location) and on the morning I was headed in, that car sold but he was able to get me the same make, model, trim, etc in another car. This happens naturally. They aren't gonna hold a car but it was great they grabbed another one instead of just trying to upsell me or put me on another vehicle track to something not even close to what I wanted. Test drove it alone w just myself, wife and baby (then she took a loop) and we were settled on it. We went to the back office to do paper work and everything was going great. First sales guy brought back numbers including all the higher add on prices (which offset both my trade in and rebate deals by a bit more than I wanted). So it was ready to talk that down (2k for a KARR security thing? Get outta here w that lol. Those installs and lil dongle is super cheap from KARR itself.Just an insane dealer mark up). I also said no to gap (because with the trade in and rebate, i was already going to leave the lot w positive equity on the car. Gap is not needed. Gap is for ppl who have a long term loan and little down). I also said to remove the extended warranty. So he leaves and the first closer comes in. I forgot her name. Blonde white lady w cute low cut top. The paper she brings back has a discounted security system price. And she says "oh we cant remove the system cause its already on the car but we discounted it for you" 1st of all, its easy to remove. Theres plenty of videos showing it on YouTube and even Facebook. Ive personally removed multiple on different cars (KARR is notorious for battery drain and also honk-looping bc of strong winds). But they dropped off essentially the price of the etching and the service department wasnt open for me to have a maintenance guy officially say "it cant be removed or disabled". The vin etching and stickers was 600 and then the repel guard (which wasnt even applied to the car yet) was 1,150 but i figured I'd tackle that on the next go around. I also had her remove the warranty and gap. She insisted the gap with "zero down" was a mistake. But again the car is not zero down. Its about 21k down - minus taxes and fees which automatically puts me at a positive equity on the value of the car and my own full coverage insurance. Also the initial interest rate was going to be 6.99 (1.6% markup on top of the 5k in add-ons and 5k warranty+gap?) So she leaves to go run numbers again and comes back. While shes gone the GM Chris comes in to talk and say hi and all of that. Nice guy. We talked on the phone for a little bit before I came in. I asked for some literature on the vin etching stuff and a brochure on it to get more details on pricing (just trying to knock off that insane 600 price tag) but he never actually came back. Instead he sent back the 1st closer lady from earlier who didnt bring any literature at all but walked out and brought the KARR brochure (which isnt the same thing but okay). Anyways she comes back with the paper work. This time its the 6.39% @ 60months and the warranty and gap is removed. But again she was like "but do you know what gap is and how it works?" Which is pretty insulting. Next the 3rd closer comes in and tries to add back the almost 4k warranty and gap but I say no. Sign papers and leave w the car. I have a lot of friends and family norm reeves customers (from different stores) but this experience just wasnt it. But it was better than Puente Hills and Anaheim hyundai's. 2 extra closers and a GM is wild. My baby had 2 feeds in 4hrs.

Just bought my first car in 16 years, they made the process as simple as as possible. Will definitely go back. Elijah was very helpful with all our needs and showed us some features even after the sale was done.

After confirming our intention to purchase the vehicle, we were left waiting for over 1.5 hours to be called in for signing, with no updates or explanation from anyone. I asked a couple of times about the delay, and the reason given was that it was the end of the month, which is a busy period. While I understand that this may be true, it’s something they should anticipate and manage more effectively. It’s disappointing that in a situation where a customer is ready to spend tens of thousands of dollars, they are left waiting for hours without communication.

Oil and filter change with some diagnostic done, too. Good communication and clear pricing. Expensive but so is all car related issues now. Would go back for service again.

Purchased an Ioniq5 after taking test drives with Scott Kim. Scott did a great job of explaining the one-pedal driving function and the options for public charging. He was super responsive to our followup questions after picking up the vehicle. We were very happy with the service and our new car.

The pricing and the services you get are outstanding

I bought my Hyundai Sonata from here over 15 years ago. I remember the buying process being relatively seamless. The sales representative was nice, helpful, and was not pushy in the negotiations process. I did also take my car into service here and it too was a pleasant experience.

Scott was excellent in explaining all the functions of the Ionic 9. The car is beautiful and my insurance went down 50% from my previous car that was a Tesla
