Well we went back because of the great followup by Elijah. He knew what our needs were before we even walked in the door. Elijah was not in but he gave all the information to Mike and we went and found the right color. He spent the time to pull up both cars so we can compare the colors. What a big selection of cars. I just recently purchased the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 XRT. The car handles and accelerates very well, looks fantastically better in person than from pictures online, and has a much larger interior than it may initially appear from the outside. The Norm Reeves team took care of me and my family as we were trying to decide between a few different models. They were very patient as we asked questions and test drove several vehicles. I have been to several Hyundai dealerships in Los Angeles, and Norm Reeves is head and shoulders better than the others.
We were very happy with the overall car and experience. I took off one star because tools were left in the front "engine" compartment and the front left brake was not installed properly.
Salesman Ricardo was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions w/o pressure. I did not want to leave my contact info but a week later when I contact him he helped me find just what I wanted!!

Got the vehicle just to much back and forth for “ a good price “. The house (dealer) always wins. Middle man (sales rep) was decent did his job. Just if your going to sell a vehicle have knowledge of the vehicle your selling don’t shoot from the hip or have the customer know more than you do.

I recently lease a car from Norm Reeves Hyundai and the experience was excellent. I couldn't get the exact color combination I wanted on the Ioniq 5, but couldn't find the colors anywhere at this time, but the staff here were consistently helpful while I was looking and never pushy. I would recommend this dealer and go back to them again in the future.

Had a fantastic experience here with Alex Jang. Everyone was super helpful as well. We went with the Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy as it fit our future needs. Alex helped us all along the way and we had no issues along the way. We were kept a little long by some of the finance managers, so keep an eye out for that.
