Best dealer experience I've had. I worked out a deal online that fit my need prior to going in-person. The sales person Khalid, went over the details of the car and was very knowledge on the model I was interested in. Didn't have to haggle much since they pretty much matched the deal I created online. After the deal was reached, the finance was expedited and I was out of the dealer in my new car within 3hrs of arriving.
My entire service from drop off to pick up was effortless. I checked in my vehicle after hours and used the drop box, where I could sign my vehicle in, leave a few notes for service and safely drop the key. The following day I got several text messages about my vehicle and when it was completed and ready for pick up. I even paid through the app so when I picked up my car, everything was done. Overall, u was quite impressed with the quality of service. My one criticism would be that I had to wait approximately 8-10 minutes for someone from service to take my keys/ check me in.
