Like everybody in their business, they will initially try to sell you the car you want with a big maintenance program and a bunch of dealer add-on options. Adds ton of $. I'm not a fan of the car shopping experience, but Mike (De Leon) and Tannaz at Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore made it feel genuine and painless. Everyone I interacted with, from the moment I dropped off my car to the moment I picked it up from service, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and approachable. The young lady (Liz) who went to get my car, the young man who helped me with my service payment, and Louie the service advisor were all wonderful. Everyone made the experience easy and pleasant, and I really appreciate the great customer service!
Our sales person Mike Monji was outstanding. He was so pleasant to work with, and did an excellent job of balancing the our needs with the needs of the dealership to get us into the car we wanted. We were also impressed with others there who helped Mike. We chose Norm Reeves Honda because of their reputation and were not disappointed.
Jonathan Juarez was my salesperson. He answered every question, was very knowledgeable and kind. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Jonathan at Norm Reeves.

Tracy and Joseph were nice to work with. They worked hard at finding the right vehicle. However, after going over the sales receipt, I noticed a charge for something we did not want. We said no to the SWDS . We were charged $2,022 for it. We told Joseph and Tracy specifically that the car is kept in the garage and we did not want it. I also have a question about EG Theft deterrent for $500. Neither the sales or finance department brought this to our attention. I would like those charges taken off. Thank you.

I had a good experience with Jonathan when purchasing my car. I felt he was polite and clear with the rebates and pricing he was able to offer. Great experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai. Everyone was great & helpful.
Made a 9:30 AM appointment for a tire rotation. Since I drive an EV, I confirmed no additional services were needed. I was told the wait would be about 90 minutes, but after more than 2 hours, I was still waiting. I noticed technicians away for non-service activities while customers were waiting. I understand breaks are part of work, but the overall delay for a simple tire rotation was disappointing. I hope the dealership can improve scheduling and communication.
Louie did a great job helping me out! I had previously taken the car to another Hyundai dealer closer to my house and had a bad experience there. Since I had purchased the car from Norm Reeves, I took it there and met Louie and he looked up the details and took care of everything very professionally! Thanks again for the great service!

Marlene was very knowledgeable and helpful when dealing with issues with the hybrid system on my vehicle. She was very prompt staying in touch with me every step of the process of fixing the problem.
Great experience. The team had the car waiting when we arrived. If you use the preapproved credit application online, it fills out most of the paperwork ahead of time. The sales people didn't push any extras which was nice. They did offer but I declined. We got out of there in under two hours and that included the vehicle tech setup with our salesman. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.
Gotta give a big shoutout to Fred and Alex. Fred greeted me politely and was very understanding. Alex helped me finalized the deal with absolutely no pressure. Bought a 2025 Elantra and I love the car. Dealership is very transparent and will work with you to give you your perfect price. Not a lot of dealerships are like this, hardworking, trustworthy, and honest.

Fred at Cerritos Norm Reeves Hyundai was awesome! He was quick to find the Elantra Hybrid that I had seen on their website, so that I could test drive it and see how it felt and handled. Fred was straight-forward and answered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer immediately, he looked it up and got it verified. Even with my showing up at the dealership 2 hours before closing on a Sunday, Fred and Alex were able to get through the purchase negotiations and paperwork done pretty quickly for my car purchase!

I have a 2022 elantra hybrid and its 12v engine battery went dead. The car's battery is located below the rear seat and is adjacent with the hybrid battery. My service agent Candice was helpful in explaining the problem, diagnosing with her techs and fixing the issue under warranty. I appreciate Hyundai for taking this effort, recruiting mechanics and service agents that address multiple issues in a customer's car to keep it running. If my car continues to function properly for a few more years without any major issues, I will purchase another Hyundai.

I brought my car in for 60,000 mile maintenance and the service was perfect.
I brought my car in at 8:00 a.m at the time of my scheduled appointment and they took it right away. I waited there for the service to be done which was in total about 3 hours.

I’ve been to dozens of dealerships and have bought a number of cars. Literally have never had customer service as good as Jacob’s. The dude was clear, communicative, FAST, and even though we went slightly over what we wanted, I was happy to leave with a car because the customer service was that good.

I didn't like that they tried to get in a higher price and play the game of pricing war of how much they would give for my car. When I asked the manager of why they just give the higher price on my trade in to begin with. Answer because some people will take the lower price.
